Shipping & Delivery
At Elwardany for Modern Lighting, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible and with the highest quality. We deliver across Egypt, except for the branch-pickup-only products described in note 2 below.
Delivery times
- Express delivery: delivery within 24 hours is available for some areas and orders, subject to service availability and after prior coordination and confirmation with the customer.
- Cairo and Giza: 2 to 3 working days
- Other governorates: 3 to 5 working days
- Remote areas: 5 to 7 working days
Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders of EGP 10,000 or more. This does not include branch-pickup-only products.
Shipping fees are calculated by governorate at checkout, taking into account the extra weight fees described below, which are confirmed with the customer before shipping.
Packaging
At Elwardany for Modern Lighting, we carefully pack all lighting products so they arrive in excellent condition, using special protective materials for glass and fragile items.
Shipment tracking
If a tracking number is available for your shipment, it will be sent to you by SMS or WhatsApp after your order ships.
Important notes
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct when ordering
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, we will contact you to arrange another time
- Products are inspected before shipping to ensure quality

Important
1. Extra weight fees: The listed shipping rates include weight up to 3 kg. An extra fee of EGP 10 per additional kilogram may apply, after the shipment weight is reviewed and the customer is informed of the final cost before shipping.
2. Branch-pickup-only products: Some long and fragile products (such as profile, duct and magnetic rods, the track ruler, fluorescent lamps, LED tubes and long LED strips) are not accepted by shipping carriers. They can be ordered online for pickup from our Al-Maahad Al-Deeni branch only and are not available for home delivery; this is shown next to the quantity on the product page. If your order includes one of these products together with other products, the whole order is picked up from the branch, or you can place the other products in a separate order for delivery.
3. Shipping fee confirmation: If any additional fee was not calculated at checkout, the customer is informed and their approval is obtained before shipping. No additional fee is charged without the customer's approval.
